Employer context is only as good as the sources behind it. This release brings employer overview profiles from job boards into CRM enrichment, hardens rating claim indexes, and keeps identity peels ready when OpenStreetMap or a public professional profile describes a different company than the register row.
Employer overview profiles
Employer pages on job boards can be crawled and surfaced in Platform CRM so organizations show overview context linked to company records when the match is clear.
What you will notice:
- Employer overview context on matching CRM companies
- Idle crawl paths that keep profiles fresh without blocking interactive work
- Clear attribution when board-sourced overview data contributes to a company record
Steadier rating claims
Employer rating claim queries use coverage-aware indexes and faster claim SQL so daily refreshes stay polite to rating sites and less likely to stall on full-table scans.
What you will notice:
- More reliable employer ratings on company detail
- Clearer status when a rating is missing, blocked, or unavailable
- Fewer silent claim timeouts during busy import windows
Identity peels for mismatched sources
When a map place or public professional page clearly describes a different employer than the register company it was attached to, Platform CRM can peel that identity onto a separate company record instead of polluting the register match.
What you will notice:
- Change-history reasons for map / public-profile identity mismatch
- Cleaner register companies after peels
- Safer multi-source enrichment when brands share similar names
Contacts list: newest updates first
Admin CRM contacts open sorted by last update (newest first). There is no separate “checked” or pinned state — when enrichment, geo, or an edit touches a contact, its updated timestamp moves and the row rises to the top of the default list.
What you will notice:
- Recently touched contacts appear at the top of the contacts list
- Column sort (name, company, email, …) still overrides the default
- Selecting a contact only opens the detail pane; it does not pin the row
Admin lists stay researchable
Contacts sorted by newest update and companies with peel-aware history make it faster to audit which enrichment source last touched a record.
What you will notice:
- Recently enriched contacts rise to the top of the default list
- Peel and mismatch reasons stay readable in change history
- Rating and overview enrichment remain attributable without naming individual boards
Built for trustworthy multi-source CRM
From employer overview pages to rating sites and OpenStreetMap places, this release keeps Platform CRM honest about which source said what — and ready to split records when two sources disagree.
